Photo Shoot Preparation Guide

To get the best photos of your property, please follow these steps before we arrive:

1. Lighting
   Turn on all lights (inside and outside) and open curtains/blinds for natural light.

2. Fans & Movement
   Turn off all ceiling fans.

3. General Cleaning
   Make sure the home is clean (floors, surfaces, windows).

4. Remove Clutter
   Clear benches, tables, and floors of unnecessary items.
   Any extra items can be stored in the garage.

5. Kitchen
   Clear countertops and hide bins, dish racks, and cleaning products.

6. Living Areas
   Arrange furniture neatly and add cushions or throws if needed.

7. Bedrooms
   Make beds neatly and remove extra furniture to create space.

8. Bathrooms
   Clean all surfaces, put out fresh towels, and remove personal items.

9. Pets
   Keep pets out of the home during the shoot.

10. Outside Areas
    Mow the lawn, tidy the garden, and remove bins or clutter.

11. Extras
    Ask us about virtual staging or item removal if needed.
