Bookings

1. 1. All bookings will be confirmed by Digi360 Real Estate Photography, prior to attending appointment.

   2. New clients will be required to pay pro forma invoicing.

   3. It is at the responsibility of the agent to advise the client of appropriate appointment times. 

   4. Prior to scheduling the shoot with the drone aerial photographer, please verify if drone footage is permitted in your area.

Delivery

1. Due to fluctuations in workload and deadlines, Digi360 Real Estate Photography reserves the right to extend delivery times. 

2. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Images and floor plans are delivered via digital download. 

4. Two sets of images will be supplied, one set of high res for print purposes and sign boards, one set for web and internet use. 

5. The client have to inspect all images and products and notify us of any errors within 3 working days of delivery.

Fees

1. Any additional fees will be discussed before the start of any services.

2. Properties outside the 30km radius of Sunshine Coast - Gympie - Moreton Bay, may incur additional travel charges at up to $0.60 per kilometer. This will be indicated to you prior to undertaking any services.

3. If a property is unattended at arrival in which access is not possible, a cancellation fee will be charged at 50% of the total booking value.

4. Digi360 Real Estate Photography will invoice for services within 3 days of completion unless otherwise advised.

5. Payment must be made in accordance to the terms set out on the invoice.

Photo Usage Rights 

1. Limited usage rights are transferred to the paying client for the duration of the property listing. This is an individual and non-transferable license that allows the use of the images for all marketing material and campaigns associated with promoting the specific property and the agent, for the duration of the listing. 

2. This license is only granted to the paying client and not to any third party, including but not limited to builders, architects, staging professionals, other real estate agents, designers, publications, sellers, or buyers. Use of the images by such third parties requires written permission from Digi360 Real Estate Photography. An exception to the third party is the homeowner, who may retain a copy of the images for personal, but not commercial use. 

3. If images are to be published in any sort of trade publication, written permission needs to be sought from Digi360 Real Estate Photography, and full credit to Digi360 Real Estate Photography required

4. For audio content supplied by us as part of the end product for instance the video, it can only be used once as part of the content created by us during the provision of our services. 

5. Photos and videos may not be uploaded or posted or be used for any promotional services or advertising if it is not fully paid for.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING THE BOOKING. BY VISITING THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE AND TO HAVE AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, WHICH SHALL FORM A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND DIGI360 REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY.
